Technological Breakthrough in Fully Automatic Heat Shrink Packaging Line

The technical solution for a fully automatic heat shrink packaging line integrating “intelligent feeding, precise film wrapping, constant-temperature shrinking, and online inspection” has been launched. Through the design of full-process automation, it completely addresses the technical pain point of “multi-link manual intervention” in traditional heat shrink packaging, doubling the packaging production capacity and providing technical support for the high-efficiency packaging needs of industries such as food, daily chemicals, and electronics.
Traditional heat shrink packaging technology relies on manual assistance for feeding and adjusting the film wrapping position. This not only easily causes packaging wrinkles due to operational errors but also limits the single-shift production capacity to only 3,000-4,000 units under technical constraints. In contrast, the fully automatic line builds a technical linkage system through a PLC central control system: the feeding link is driven by a servo motor to achieve precise product delivery; the film wrapping station is equipped with visual positioning technology to ensure the alignment between the film material and the product; the shrinking chamber adopts zoned temperature control technology, which can intelligently adjust the temperature in the range of 120-180°C; and the end infrared inspection module can real-time identify and reject defective packaged products. The entire packaging process can be completed without manual intervention.
From the perspective of practical application effects, this technical solution can increase the single-shift production capacity to more than 12,000 units. At the same time, the packaging defect rate is reduced from 5% to 0.8%, and labor costs are cut by 40% due to technical replacement. In addition, this technical solution supports quick changeover for products with specifications of 50-300mm, adapting to the packaging needs of various categories such as packaged snacks, cosmetic gift boxes, and electronic accessories. In the future, it can also be upgraded through IoT technology to realize real-time monitoring and management of equipment operation data.
